My Exercise/ Workouts

My ultimate goal is to workout 5 days a week. Where each workout will include a 10 min warmup, strength training, elliptical interval workout or interval running, abs, stretching.

I also want to include an extra carido session where 2-3 days consist of 30 mins of Swimming and 2-3 days consist of me running a mile.

A new obsession of mine is Zumba. If I could add that to my week that would be amazing.
