What I Drink & Eat

So I decided to make this page showing the things I am trying to do to break bad habits. I will also show the things that I eat when I have cravings and need to fill in the void.

                                         ***Drinks***

Drinks are always easiest. Stick to drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day.  Another thing that I love is crystal light and flavored waters. There are so many selections to choose from and variety helps.

  • Tea: I love tea. 0 calories. 

I choose all kinds of green teas since they speed up your metabolism.  I also have a several chai, carmel, vanilla and chocolate teas to help with the sugar cravings. All 0 calories and just add a little splenda and milk and they are delicious and are about 5-20 calories depending on the milk/cream and how much you add.

but rather than go to starbucks all the time I prefer to brew flavored coffees (0 cal) and adding sugarfree syrups (also 0 calories). With a little bit of nonfat milk.

The caffeine helps burn more calories as well

  • I also like a lot of ice tea with sugar free mango or sugar free peach syrup.
  • I also looove coffee:

I make my own sugarfree or Low Calorie mixed coffees and frappachinos.

Whole Wheat Bread, Lean Meats, Fruits and Veggies, Almonds, Cottage Cheese and Oatmeal.
